Additional Services
Locate-It™ Option
Locating and securing your data matters to us. When you take up one of our Co-Located Dedicated Clusters or On-Site Dedicated Clusters, we sign-over ownership of the encrypted hard disks we use to you. We provide a Certificate of Locality and Ownership of Data. At the end of your subscription, we will present the disks to you for secure destruction. It costs us money - but it costs us all a lot less than the cost of failure.
Should you need to audit your data's location, we'd be happy to oblige.
No-Lock In™ Option
StormMQ prides itself on being an open cloud computing company. We don't like vendor lock-in. For an additional fee, we will provide the necessary consultancy to move to am equivalent competitor's product at the end of your service for our Co-Located Dedicated Clusters and our On-Site Dedicated Clusters. No other current cloud messaging vendor can do that.
Support, Consulting and Training
StormMQ also provide a wide range of support, training and consultancy services. We provide one day's free consultancy to help you plan your architecture around messaging or to act as a sounding board for the problem your trying to solve.
